The American Space Agency NASA has given information about an astroide that can hit the moon in 2032. Last year, there was a possibility of this astroide to affect the earth. This astroide is being called 2024 YRR4. Its diameter is about 53-67 meters. Its size is similar to a 10 -floor building.

It was detected at the end of last year. It is classified as Astroid of Apollo type. This estroid cannot be seen from the earth because Telescope Its distance to see it is very high. NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) saw the last time before it disappeared in its orbit near its sun. Experts of Jet Propulsion Laboratory of NASA’s Center for Near-Earth Object Studies in California, America have explained the orbit of this astroide with the help of additional information.

The possibility of colliding with the moon of this astroide has increased from 3.8 percent to 4.3 percent. NASA says that there is some possibility of impacting this astroide but it will not change the orbit of the moon. However, Astronomers are constantly monitoring the danger of this astroide. Apart from this, efforts are also being made to understand its possible path.

Recently, NASA had reported that the rising activity of the Sun is causing damage to the satellites present in Starlink’s constitution. These stellets were launched by Spacex associated with Billionaire Elon Musk’s space exploration. At NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Space Physicist, Denny Oliveira has led a study on 523 satellites of Starlink, which fell back to the earth over the years. This study has shown that geomagnetic storms produced by explosions in the Sun increases the stretch in the atmosphere and this makes the satellites fall from the orbit and re -enters the atmosphere. The NASA team wrote in this study, “It clearly shows that the existing solar cycle’s sharp solar activity has had a major impact on the satellites of the Starlinks. It is the highest number of satellites and solar activity in human history.”
